Robin Pererro Attorney / Owner

A native of Baton Rouge, Robin has lived in the Shreveport/Bossier Area for many years with her husband, USAF Retired Lt. Col. Donald J. Perrero. Robin began her career in the title business as an Escrow Officer for Caddo Abstract & Title Company in 1976. When a military change of station caused her to leave this area, Robin took the opportunity to finish her college degree at the University of Nebraska, Omaha, and then attend law school at Creighton University Law School, in Omaha, Nebraska. Because of various military moves, Robin became licensed to practice law in Nebraska, Virginia, and finally in Louisiana, when she and her family returned to this area in 1995. Prior to opening M&M Title in 2003, Robin was in practice with the firm of Weems, Schimpf, Gilsoul, Haines & Carmouche, and then as an Assistant Attorney General with the Louisiana Department of Justice.

Kathy Smith CFO / Owner

Kathy Smith is a retired Certified Public Accountant. She oversees all monies received and disbursed by M&M Title, LLC. She began her accounting career at the age of 20 after graduating from Louisiana Tech University. She worked in public accounting for many years in the Shreveport/Bossier area, including running her own accounting practice. Her experience in public accounting included auditing of mortgage company files, particularly verifying the accuracy of information on settlement statements.

Anna Maria Sparke Keele Attorney

Anna Maria Sparke Keele is native born and raised in Louisiana and is excited to be a member of the M&M team. After graduation from high school, Anna Maria attended Centenary College of Louisiana, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre. She then decided to pursue a career in Law and attended the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, obtaining her Juris Doctorate degree in 1996. She is currently licensed to practice in both Texas and Louisiana. Anna Maria recently completed a certification course in Mediation Training from the University of Texas at Austin and previously completed a course for Attorney – Mediators in Marin County, California. Anna Maria joined M & M Title, LLC January 1, 2010.

Debra Taylor Escrow Officer / Manager

Debbie comes to us from Las Vegas where she was an Escrow Officer for 7 years and for 4 years prior to that she worked with Criminal/Civil attorneys as a Paralegal. Originally from Leesville, LA, Debbie joined M & M Title, LLC in July 2006 starting as our receptionist, then as assistant working alongside our escrow officers, attorney’s and accounting department and is now an Escrow Officer over our 70th Street Branch. In her spare time Debbie loves to spend time with her family, read, cook and is a member of the Krewe of Centaur.

Brianna Lepper Escrow Officer

Brianna comes to us from Orange County, CA where she had been in Escrow for 6 years and worked as a Jr. Escrow Officer in the National Division for Land America. Brianna was born and raised in a small town off the Central Coast in CA, where she received her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Allan Hancock College. She has 2 little boys, Noah and Elijah and they are the lights of her life. When she is not spending time with them, she enjoys photography, scrapbooking, reading and cooking. Brianna joined M & M Title in February 2011 and has been a great asset to our company.

Kim Singleton Escrow Processor

Kim comes to us from Dallas, Texas. Kim joined M&M Title in May 2009 and has been a great addition to our team beginning as our receptionist and since been promoted to assistant. Kim handles opening files, typing commitments, contacting agents/lenders/buyers and sellers to obtain information for files, ordering payoffs, and clearing of curative work as well as post closing files. Kim is married with four children.
