M & M Title, L.L.C., was formed when Robin Perrero and Kathy Smith, who had served as Co-Presidents of the Loyola Lacrosse Parent’s Association for 3 years, realized that their combined experience as a real estate attorney and abstractor was the perfect combination for forming a title company. Having opened their doors in June 2003 and expanding to 2 additional offices in 2010, M & M Title, LLC continues to grow and meet the real estate and lending needs in the Shreveport/Bossier City area.
