Robin Perrero, attorney at law, does virtually all of our closings. In Louisiana, a lawyer is not legally required at real estate closings, but we believe that working with an attorney during the closing ensures both that you are working with an experienced professional and that any questions or concerns can be addressed right away.
Kathy Mitchell is a certified public accountant (CPA). She is in charge of the financial end of our business. Having a CPA on staff gives M & M Title a professional edge as well as financial stability. Kathy audits all our files, makes sure every title insurance policy are remitted properly and works with escrow services directly for the benefit of our clients.

We Work in Close Partnership With Oil and Gas Abstractors
M & M Title is closely related to the Mitchell Company, an abstracting and land services company. The Mitchell Company has their own oil and gas abstractors and landmen. Having access to landmen and abstractors is important to many of our clients, especially because of the Haynesville Shale. At M & M Title, you won't have to go searching for the right people to work with if you have oil or gas interests — we have the right people practically on staff.

A "Green" Paperless Office
We are a paperless office, which is both greener and more convenient for our clients. We create and maintain all client files through SureClose. Any documents we receive — contracts, abstracts, payoff letters, etc. — are scanned into the SureClose file.
